Starlita Kilpatrick is a speaker, writer, and maternal health advocate whose work centers motherhood, homeschooling, neurodivergence, and intentional living. She is the founder of The Mama Connect and a homeschooling mother of three.
As a Certified Babywearing Consultant, Doula, and Homeschool Coach, Starlita brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. As a postpartum preeclampsia survivor, she is especially passionate about improving outcomes for Black mothers and addressing gaps in urban maternity care.
